Weddings at Coyote Hills

One lawn, one ridge,
and the light doing
most of the work.

The Venue

Ceremony on the grass. Reception through the glass.

Couples have been getting married on this hillside since 1996, and the reason has not changed: the ceremony lawn faces west across the Orange County basin, so an evening ceremony ends exactly as the sky turns. The Vista Falls Room sits directly behind it — 3,000 square feet for anything from 20 to 300-plus, floor-to-ceiling windows on the course, and four sets of double doors onto the terrace above the waterfalls.

Catering is in-house and full-service. A coordinator runs your day from the walkthrough to the last song, and there is no shuttling guests between two locations — ceremony, cocktails, dinner and dancing all happen on the same terrace.

Spaces

Four spaces, one view

  • Vista Falls Room

    • 20 – 300+ guests
    • 3,000 sq ft

Floor-to-ceiling windows onto the course and the hillsides, and four sets of double doors opening to a long terrace above the illuminated waterfalls.

  • Ceremony Site

    • Outdoor
    • Elevated altar

A pitched structure of wood beams wrapped in Wisteria, framing the couple against the cascading waterfall. The highlight of the property, by common consent.

  • Pointe Ballroom

    • 10 – 80 guests
    • Wrap-around patio

The smaller half of the Vista Falls Ballroom, with its own patio and the same waterfall view from the terrace.

  • The Pavilion

    • 22,000 sq ft clubhouse
    • Attached pavilion

The clubhouse sits among the waterfalls and streams with sweeping views of the grounds; the attached event pavilion opens onto them.

The Vista Falls Ballroom divides into the Vista Falls Room and the Pointe Ballroom, so one wedding can take the whole floor while a smaller party takes half. The restaurant overlooking the 18th hole handles rehearsal dinners.
